New parts from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) as well as from quality-tested third party suppliers are used
Warranty
3 month warranty on all hardware repairs
Turnaround time
24 – 48 hours, depending on availability of spares and severity of technical fault
Quotes
Unless otherwise specified, before undertaking repair work, the problem will first be diagnosed, and a quote then forwarded for approval
