TELEPHONIC IT SUPPORT
All telephonic support is routed through Supima’s Support Centre.
Assistance with general issues such as trouble with Microsoft operating systems, network issues, antivirus software troubleshooting etc. Telephonic support does not cover the day to day use of programs such as Word and Excel.
Attempts will be made to resolve more complicated issues remotely where telephonic communication is too simple for the problem faced, after which the problem will be escalated and an appointment made for a support engineer to provide on-site assistance. All telephonic support is routed through Supima’s Support Centre.
